New HD signals often include embedded data, such as EDID and CEC. This embedded data can often create compatibility problems between devices, but with the EDID/CEC Selector, you are able to resolve many audio and video issues caused by HDMI protocol restrictions.
The EDID/CEC Selector is easy to setup and operate. Connect the source device via the HDMI input and connect your display via the HDMI outut. A DVI input device and display can also be used by using an HDMI/DVI adapter.
