The 4 by 4 HDMI 1.3 to CAT6 Matrix allows you to distribute up to four HDMI signals over CAT6 cable. When used in conjunction with a CAT6 to HDMI Receiver, it offers you maximum convenience in signal distribution when you have multiple HDMI sources and displays to connect together. It is particularly useful in extending a HDMI signal over a long distance via CAT6 cable.

The Matrix box has 4 HDMI Inputs, and 4 CAT 6 Outputs. Each of the four HDMI Input sources can be directed to any one of the four CAT6 Outputs/HDMI displays.

The 4 by 4 HDMI 1.3 to CAT6 Matrix supports Deep Color (12 bits/color) video and new lossless compressed (Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio) Digital audio, at a bandwidth of up to 225MHz. The unit is also able to be "Cascaded", meaning that several of these 4 by 4 HDMI 1.3 to CAT6 Matrix units can be linked together to create an even longer Digital HDMI Signal transmission pathway.
