This unit is designed to accept signals from any television system, NTSC, PAL and SECAM. This converter will accept input from a Scart connector via the use of a special cable included in this kit.
It converts these signals into a range of PC outputs from VGA through to SXGA, and for HDTV resolutions of 480p, 576p, 720p, and 1080i.
