Grand Digital Video Mixer is a powerful digital signal processing video mixer which is capable of editing two or more video inputs into a single finished product. It provides quality mixing options with professional results. The unit includes 5 different digital effects, Picture in Picture functionality, Chroma Key and Luma Key, and wipe patterns.
The digital video effects mixer has a variety of uses including Video Production, Karaoke, Corporate or personal tape making. The unit comes with 2 Composite Video inputs and 2 S-Video Inputs allowing you to connect multiple devices, with the unit also featuring 4 monitor outputs - one for each input.
Digital effects include Strobe, Mosaic, Paint, Still and Negative effects in both A and B channels. This allows you to select digital effects for the A channel, B channel, or both at the same time. You can also combine several effects at once. Simply use the joystick control to select the size and position of the special effects area with great accuracy.
The unit allows you to create Picture in Picture windows, with three different window sizes available. The joystick is used to move the PIP windows on the screen to any location. The mixer also has a range of background colours to choose from - White, Yellow, Cyan, Green, Magenta, Red, Blue, and Black.
Grand Digital Video Mixer comes with 96 different wipe patterns allowing you to effectively wipe, dissolve, fade and make transitions between video and audio. The Chroma Key (Blue Screen) and Luma Key (Black Screen) allow you to isolate images and superimpose them onto another image. This technique has many applications, and for example is the technique used for many weather broadcasts and film segments. |
