This is a high performance HDMI v1.4 4in:2out Matrix Switch with 3D support. It allows four HDMI sources to be directed to two HDMI display panels. Supports HDCP repeater functions and all standard 3D TV formats in addition to all HDTV formats up to 1080p 12-bit Deep Color. Includes a user friendly remote control for easy operation.
With this HDMI v1.4 4in:2out Matrix Switch any source can be directed to one or both of the HDMI display panels. You can use any combination of input to output, giving you up to 8 display scenarios. Ideal for use with HDMI devices such as DVD players, Set-top boxes, Game consoles and Multimedia centres.
For example you could connect a Blu-Ray player to the unit via HDMI, with the Splitter box able to duplicate the HDMI signal received into two separate and identical High Definition signal outputs. This results in identical High Definition digital video and audio reproduction on both of the connected HDTV displays.
Other possibilities include using the HDMI v1.4 4in:2out Matrix Switch more as a HDMI switcher box, where you could connect multiple HDMI devices such as Set-Top Box, Game Console, DVD Player to one HDMI display device, allowing you to easily switch between your devices. Or you could connect 2 HDMI devices, and output each device to a separate HDMI display. You can use any combination of input to output, making the HDMI v1.4 4in:2out Matrix Switch very versatile and adaptable.
The unit is HDMI v1.4 compliant, meaning it will accept 3D content, as well as allowing for Audio Return Channel, and HDMI Ethernet Channel. The HDMI v1.4 4in:2out Matrix Switch can also be used by DVI devices - simply connect your DVI source or display by using a HDMI/DVI converter cable. |
