The HDMI v1.4 4in:1out Switch w/Co-axial Audio out allows four (4) High Definition sources such as Blu-Ray players, DVD's, 3D projectors or Gaming Consoles to be connected ready for individual display on the one shared HDTV. Input selection is by front-panel button operation or by the hand-held Remote Control. The Remote Control also operates the OSD menu, displaying system information and interfacing for parameter settings for EDID, ARC and Input selection.
A Digital Coaxial Audio output port allows for connection of an external audio system and supports LPCM 2CH audio only. The HDMI v1.4 Audio Return Channel (ARC) function is available on the output when ARC is on and from the source input when ARC is off. The OSD menu shows details of the devices connected to the Inputs and Output of the switch. You also control the ARC and Sink EDID functions and select the desired input for display.
